We loved our stay with the spacious two-bedroom suite, perfect for our large family and our non-service dog. The kitchen amenities made family meals effortless, and having private parking was a huge plus for our adventures around Auckland.
In my wife’s opinion, the first check-in experience was a bit awkward. It would be great if they streamlined the check-in process for families with pets.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry service. I still remember how the staff helped me recover my forgotten earpods on my first stay. I'd recommend it for comfort!

would stay here again
Had a good stay with a spacious two-bedroom suite. It had a full kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. A cozy seating area. The bathroom was great with free toiletries and a walk-in shower. Room service was super convenient and delicious after a long day. Nice central location with easy bus access to places.

The stay was quite comfortable in the Standard King Room. The location was perfect for walking to the CBD and harbor front, making it easy to explore the area. I appreciated having a kitchen in the room to prepare a simple breakfast instead of trying the hotel breakfast, which seemed limited. Although the staff could have been friendlier, the overall experience was satisfactory for a short trip.

The two-bedroom suite offered great comfort with a cozy bed and useful amenities, making our stay enjoyable. Onsite parking was secure and convenient, which is a plus in this area. However, the location poses a challenge. the steep walk back can be tiring, especially after a long day. Also, the kitchen could use a few more essential items for convenience. Freshly baked cookies at the front desk were a delightful treat.

Perfect spot for city explorers
We enjoyed a comfy stay with clean rooms and super handy location. Having a small kitchen was a nice bonus for some late-night snacks. Only real bummer was the milk wasn’t restocked one night, which was a letdown after a long day. The restaurant was nice for dinner, but the food could have been better.

This place was a great match for a brief weekend stay in Auckland with high value for money. The shower was really great and the bathroom had plenty of space for our stuff. Make sure to limit your wifi use since it's only 2Gb per person each day.

Our one-bedroom suite was cozy and spotless, perfectly equipped for our stay. The location was fabulous, right near a bus stop for easy access. Staff were charming and made us feel right at home.
However, the king bed was two singles in disguise—surprise! And don't get me started on the rather artistic plumbing sounds. they really knew how to keep the atmosphere lively.

Great stay with fantastic amenities
My experience was really enjoyable! The room was spacious and clean, and I loved having a kitchenette—it made my stay feel more like home. The location on Queen Street was perfect for exploring the city, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. However, I think the dining options could be improved as there weren’t many choices available.
